Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped before the end of the next business day by a PLAZMASK approved courier unless special arrangements are agreed to at the time of purchase. Address must be a physical address as deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

SHIPPING TIPS:

If you live in an area experiencing unexpected service delays, please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery of your order.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. Additional shipping costs may apply for rerouting or for orders returned to PLAZMASK and shipped to a corrected address.

RETURN POLICY:

Customers may return any product purchased from PLAZMASK within 30 days of initial purchase by dealing directly with PLAZMASK via the procedure outlined below. PLAZMASK will work with the customer to either find a replacement product, credit the account or issue a refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

• Returned goods will be accepted without charge for goods that are deemed to be defective, when goods received by customer differ from product requested on the original order form, or if the products are entirely unused.
• Email sales@plazmask.com to request a return and get an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Your invoice number must be included and you must provide a reason for your return request
• Returns will not be accepted without an RGA
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• PLAZMASK accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to items while in return transit
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
